About a year ago, my husband and I decided to go on this adventure called selling & buying a house. This was our first time selling a house (to buy another one) The whole process was a whirlwind. Would I recommend it to another family with multiple young children (we have three) to do the same? No way! Life is already busy with young kids, now you want to declutter & stage a home, pack and unpack and resettle into a new environment? It’s a foolish idea! Do I regret our decision? Not one bit. Would I do it all over again? Yes I would. Why? Because we had Bhavesh as our realtor. He is so efficient we had things signed sealed & delivered in a very short time frame. He originally helped us buy our first home (the townhouse). Both times the process was positive and quick. He’s knowledgeable, honest and caring. My husband and I trust him 100%. Bhavesh gave us good advice but never pushed on any decision making (even if my husband would have liked him to make decisions for him lol). Bhavesh understood our wants and needs, and only wanted the best for us. He was always there for us for any type of follow-up from questions, to communicating with other concerned parties. Moving into the new place was long, unpacking and settling took even longer & the longest was to finally write this Thank You to Bhavesh. We are truly exhausted yet satisfied with our new home and greatly appreciated the help and support we got. If we had to do this all over again, it would be only with him!
